What you’ll do:
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adults and/or couples based on your preferences and strengths
- Complete intakes, treatment planning and other assessments needed to support diagnostic impressions
- Deliver care using evidence-based approaches
- Coordinate with referral sources and other treatment team members
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and organization
- Participate in staff meetings
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate Michigan licensure
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical care experience
- Comfortable working independently while being an engaged, collaborative teammate
- Provides affirming care across diverse identities and backgrounds
- Experience with couples/marital counseling is a plus (not required)
- Professional maturity, strong character, and emotional steadiness
